The couriers deliver 99% of our parcels next day, but should the courier delay the delivery, we can not be held responsible for thawed out items. You accept these terms when you check out and place your order. Any complaints after that we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

Orders sent to NI or IOW are sent at customers own risk and you must call for postage costs as they are different.
