The couriers deliver 99% of our parcels next day, but should the courier delay the delivery, we can not be held responsible for thawed out items Unless you have paid for shipping insurance. You accept these terms when you check out and place your order. If you have any issues with your delivery upon arrival you MUST let us know on the same day, we require photos or videos of the products in order to address any issues. Any complaints after that we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
