Delivery Information

UK Mainland NEXT DAY service is £12.95

All orders must be in before 11am for same day despatch

All parcels are sent using the nationwide delivery courier APC and are delivered between 9am and 4pm. The frozen baits are packaged in thick polystyrene boxes which are heavily lined with newspaper to prevent warm air getting in and cold air escaping. We then add several ice packs on top of the products which hold the temperature in the box. This ensures that all parcels arrive the following day in the best condition possible. We always go above and beyond to make sure all items are delivered frozen, however we cannot guarantee it as once it leaves our premises we hand the goods to the couriers and are then dependant upon them to deliver the goods within the time frame selected. Live baits are packaged in a similar fashion however, not as much ice is needed. We can send both fresh and frozen produce in the same parcel, due to the way in which we package them up. Crabs are sent in a separate box packaged with seaweed and ice.

YOU MUST SPECIFY WHAT DAY YOU WANT IT SENDING’ when checking out. If we do not have a specific day requested, all parcels will be sent the Thursday of that week for delivery on the Friday, however as we are dealing with live products, weather and tides, we cannot guarantee you will receive your bait on your specified day but we will 100% do our best! If you are unsure please call to discuss your order as the conditions vary week to week.

We always ask the delivery drivers to leave the parcel in a safe location should you not be In however, once the parcel has been delivered it is at your own risk and is your responsibility to look after it. We do not offer refunds on missing parcels that have been safely delivered.

If a parcel is damaged upon delivery and you do not sign for it as damaged we cannot compensate you. You must sign for it as damaged in order for us to claim from the courier company.

If your order has not arrived by 3pm you must contact us in order to track the parcel for you.
