The couriers deliver 99% of our parcels next day, but should the courier delay the delivery, we can not be held responsible for thawed out items. You accept these terms when you check out and place your order. If you have any issues with your delivery upon arrival you MUST let us know on the same day, we require photos or videos of the products in order to address any issues. Any complaints after that we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
Cut off time for next day orders is 11am, Same day dispatch is not always possible therefore, If you wish to have a next day delivery it's always best to call us ASAP to check we can do it. Orders sent to NI or IOW are sent at customers own risk and you must call for postage costs as they are different.
